Anneke Luijkenaar – Managing Consultant – Coaching & Assessment

For over 30 years Anneke has been a leader in global executive search and talent acquisition, based both in the Netherlands and Canada. She spent the first part of her career in major national and global executive search firms, and most recently led the global talent acquisition function for a global company based in the Netherlands. With a deep understanding of ‘both sides of the table’ Anneke brings a unique combination of experience including leadership assessment; she is also certified in the assessment tools ViaEdge and Hogan.

Anneke is a certified professional coach with a specialty in stress and burnout/life coaching. Anneke was honoured as Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year by HRO Today in 2018 and is passionate about talent acquisition and especially the candidate experience. Anneke is Executive Director of the Global Sourcing and Recruitment Network of Executive Networks where she lends her expertise in a peer to peer exchange of global talent acquisition leaders to keep abreast of latest developments in the field.

Anneke is also a guest lecturer at Nyenrode University on the Future of Work. She is a volunteer with the Stoelenproject in Amsterdam, a charity to help the homeless. She enjoys being a continual learner and is passionate about talent development.
